1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item was purchased within the last 7 days.

The product is in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

You possess the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:

Products that show clear signs of field use, installation (e.g., cut or deployed lateral drip pipes), or alteration.

Liquid inputs (like neem oil) with broken or opened safety seals.

Customized or bulk-manufactured orders designed specifically for your farming layout.
2. Return Process
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Provide Proof: Please share your order ID along with clear unboxing photos or videos highlighting any defects or damages.

Ship the Item: Once approved, you will be requested to send the item securely packed to our warehouse address.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a broken item (e.g., a punctured silage bag or leaking oil bottle) or the wrong item entirely, Agrohytech will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or arrange a free reverse pickup.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Ordering: If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification confirming receipt.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credited amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (UPI, net banking, or credit/debit card) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped from our facility.

Once the tracking details are generated and the logistics partner has picked up your products, the order cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for delivery and follow the standard return process.
